Secondary Education Certificate (SEC) Programme
In the SEC track, we prepare students not just for the Singapore-Cambridge Secondary Education Certificate (SEC) examinations, but for a purposeful future. Beyond academic knowledge, we seek to equip our students with lifelong competencies and dispositions that enable them to adapt and thrive in an increasingly complex and changing world. Our students are encouraged to cultivate humility in learning, curiosity about the world, resilience in the face of challenges, and a contributive spirit towards others and society.
Through meaningful learning experiences and exposure beyond the classroom, students widen their perspectives and develop a deeper understanding of the world around them. Opportunities such as the Work Experience programme allow students to gain first-hand insights into the workplace, helping them connect classroom learning with real-world applications and explore possible future pathways. Ultimately, our goal is for every MGS girl to discover and pursue her interests and passions, anchored in an enduring sense of purpose.
